Sam Okrasinski

Chef

Sam has always had a deep passion for food, which inspired her to
get a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition Management. She
continues her pursuit of knowledge - working towards her
Master’s to become a Registered Dietician. Her culinary skill
reaches beyond academia, she has been working as a private chef
for over 8 years - where she not only prepares meals, she creates
unique menus, implementing seasonal produce which cater to
diverse palates.
Like Monique, Sam has made the South End her home. Sam is
committed to exploring food and her ties to her community - she is
excited to take on the role as the Chef and set her
table.
